Here at Forest & Woodlot Inventory Services we have been carrying out forest valuations and forest inventory of all types for over twenty years, throughout New Zealand and Australia.
We use all of the best equipment currently available to make the measurements of your forest as accurate, safe and efficient as possible and we also have an ATV for the hard to access blocks where a 4WD ute cannot go. Most of our work is in Radiata Pine, Eucalyptus and Douglas Fir plantations, but we have also measured native forests in Victoria Australia and Fiji.
Because we have the YTGEN data analysis software we can run data collected in the popular "Plotsafe" format using a cutting strategy purposefully designed for you. There is also the ability to virtually grow the trees and find out what the volumes will be like at any chosen time in the future. All of this is to maximise the value you can achieve with your forest block.
